Super classic of Frankenjura🖤 Happy to tick this one off!! Despite 22°C it feels so nice here in the wood on limestone (it's incomparable with granite in Harz where you don't need to try hard lines under these conditions). It's amazing to be able to have such cool sessions after work.

Is this the correct line? I thought that you couldn't use the jugs above the pocket, but go the left using the sloper, matching it and go dynamic (i have to because i'm to short) to the good hold at the left of the sloper

Ich bin etwas verwirrt von dem Boulder. Ich lese das Topo auch so wie im Video zu sehen. Aber der Boulder soll ja einen Sitzstart haben. So ist der Startgriff aber ja viel zu hoch zum Sitzen und die Griffe eigentlich auch zu gut für eine 7b. Ich vermute, der Start soll eigentlich ein Stück weiter rechts, tiefer in der Verschneidung sein?
Ja, es gibt die Verwirrung die glaube ich aus dem HarzBloc stammt🙂 Ich habe damals nachgefragt, der Boulder hätte wohl keinen Sitzstart👌

Der Top-out ist gut aber ziemlich hoch und oft auch nass
Probier beim nächsten Besuch mal die Linie von Roman und mir :D Start an der Leiste und dann frontal grade hoch

Kannst ja wegziehen wenn es dir nicht passt. Könnt verstehen wenn dir laustarke boulderer aufn Sack gehen. Idioten, die die Natur nicht respektieren gibt es aber in jedem Outdoor Sport

Hi Bro! In my opinion there is no place and need for such kind of artificial eliminations/constraints in modern outdoor bouldering these days (it was an understandable and common practice earlier, when there were no climbing gyms). Everything that the wall has to offer within your arms' span (from the "line drawn in topo") can and should be used for the ascent. The difficulty grade of the route is rated according to the easiest possible beta. Any deviations/eliminations from it can be introduced by everyone only for himself. I would always prefer a natural all-inclusive 7C/+ route than a made-up/fabricated 8A. With all my respect to you Bro! Hi Bro, bei dieser Variation definitiv nicht. Zumindest an diesem Tag (wann das Video gedreht wurde) war einen Einheimischen Daniel da, der mir diese Route genau so gezeigt hat.
